Nev was wonderful and understanding as our date was bought forward and when he arrived for the pick up, we were still mildly unprepared and still packing a few items. Mark and Scott were great to deal with over the phone and extremely helpful with their advise. We really appreciate them unpacking the truck into a storage facility keeping what we asked for, nearer to the front and accessible, even though we were not there to help. AWESOME JOB…TWO THUMBS UP

We used Noosa Van Lines for removal of our household belongings from our Sunshine Beach home of 31 years, storeage and insurance of same for a period of three weeks then delivery to our new residence in Tin Can Bay. From our first contact with Mark Rutherford to the final delivery date of our furniture we were treated with respect and given every assistance, nothing was too much trouble. The boys both on pick up and delivery worked hard and consistently, were well mannered and extremely helpful. We cannot fault the service and highly recommend Noosa Van Lines.

We moved from Sydney to Noosa. I found Scott to be very helpful and patient with getting the furniture list done. We had three to pack up the apartment and take it all to Noosa. They were very helpful,polite and didn’t complain about the stairs etc. Two of them drove the van up and unpacked at the other end. Noosa Van Lines do a lot of removals into this gated community and understand the restrictions and work to make sure everything goes smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Noosa Van Lines.

Mark took my original call when the previous removalist (GC based) ‘lost’ my booking. I was frantic and quite upset. He immediately put me at ease, nothing was too much trouble, and the whole process was calm, organized and efficient. We moved from a large house to small apartment, they had to navigate stairs and main roads, our fridge was huge and the down loading of goods on the GC end was particularly quick!
